IN the Supreme Court of New South Wales.—Probate Jurisdiction.—Re will of ALLAN ALEXANDER CAMERON, late of Leeton, in the State of New South Wales, cleaner, deceased.
—Probate granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on 23rd September, 1965.—No. 599013.—Pursuant to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898-1954, Testator's Family Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916-1954, and Trustee Act, 1925-1942, Thomas Henry Cameron, the sole executor of the will of the said Allan Alexander Cameron, who died on the 4th October, 1964, hereby gives notice that creditors and others having any claim against or to the estate of the said deceased are required to send particulars of their claims to the undersigned on or before the 1st April, 1966, at the expiration of which time the said executor will distribute the assets of the said deceased to the persons entitled, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.—Dated this 25th day of January, 1966.
