Will - John Thomas McGrath, 1945

I, John Thomas McGrath, late of Pyramid Hill and now residing at 193 Elizabeth Street, Richmond, do hereby declare that this is my last will and testament and I bequeath all my property and personal affects to be divided equally between Joseph McGrath and James McGrath.
And I hereby appoint James McGrath of 193 Elizabeth Street Richmond, my sole executor.
