OR, is it NSW BDM 22809/1937 who has the same name and parents? This one shows name as MCGRATH PATRICK It's possible there's 2 children, one named Patrick James and the other just named Patrick. The Patrick James child may have been called "James" in honour of the eldest child who died in Ireland. It's possible, according to Owen's death cert that this child is known as James.
